Training Logistics Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for logistical arrangement and support/ set-up before and after seminars, workshops and events
  • Handle customer service and attend to phone calls and email enquires.
  • Provide other administrative duties as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.

Requirements:

  • Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore PR need apply
  • At least a GCE’N’ or ‘O’ level qualification.
  • Customer service oriented and ability to work under pressure.
  • Meticulous and have initiative to improve work processes.
  • Working experience in a training environment is preferred.
