Responsibilities:
- Responsible for logistical arrangement and support/ set-up before and after seminars, workshops and events
- Handle customer service and attend to phone calls and email enquires.
- Provide other administrative duties as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements:
- Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore PR need apply
- At least a GCE’N’ or ‘O’ level qualification.
- Customer service oriented and ability to work under pressure.
- Meticulous and have initiative to improve work processes.
- Working experience in a training environment is preferred.
