Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and attend to phone and email enquiries.
- Handle registration and process applications for seminars, workshops and courses.
- Responsible for logistic arrangement / set up before and after the seminars, workshops and courses.
- Provide administrative support such as processing payments to vendors.
Requirements:
- Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore PR need apply
- Diploma graduates preferably in Accountancy or Business.
- ‘A’ level with years of relevant years of experience will also be considered.
- Customer service oriented and good interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and have initiative to improve work processes.
