Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service and attend to phone and email enquiries.
  • Handle registration and process applications for seminars, workshops and courses.
  • Responsible for logistic arrangement / set up before and after the seminars, workshops and courses.
  • Provide administrative support such as processing payments to vendors.

Requirements:

  • Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore PR need apply
  • Diploma graduates preferably in Accountancy or Business.
  • ‘A’ level with years of relevant years of experience will also be considered.
  • Customer service oriented and good interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous and have initiative to improve work processes.
