HR Admin Officer (Recruitment)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in recruitment activities
  • Preparing and serving letter of appointment for all positions at Supervisor level and below
  • Conduct reference checks on possible candidates
  • Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
  • Handle new employee orientations, email creation.
  • Handle exit interview and email deletion for resigned staff.
  • Handle staff confirmation and staff claims etc.
  • Responsible for application of Employment Passes, S Passes, Work Permit and Permanent Resident for foreign workers
  • Other administrative duties

Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' level or Diploma holder
  • 3 years HR and admin working experience
  • Experience in recruitment will be advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bilingual in both Mandarin and English
  • Flexible, Pro-active with pleasant personality
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Singaporean or PR only
