Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in recruitment activities
- Preparing and serving letter of appointment for all positions at Supervisor level and below
- Conduct reference checks on possible candidates
- Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place
- Handle new employee orientations, email creation.
- Handle exit interview and email deletion for resigned staff.
- Handle staff confirmation and staff claims etc.
- Responsible for application of Employment Passes, S Passes, Work Permit and Permanent Resident for foreign workers
- Other administrative duties
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' level or Diploma holder
- 3 years HR and admin working experience
- Experience in recruitment will be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bilingual in both Mandarin and English
- Flexible, Pro-active with pleasant personality
- Ability to work under pressure
- Singaporean or PR only
