Responsibilities:
- Monitor proper administration and documentation pertaining to order creation and shipments arrangement
- Ensure freight charges are correct and submitted to location
- Answering to customer's inquires and handling of customer's complaints
- Any other duties assigned by the manager
Requirements:
- Min GCE "O" level with 1-2 years experience in logistic/freight forwarding industries
- Fresh diploma holder can be consider
- Knowledge of WMS is advantageous
- 5.5 days
- Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm; Sat: 8.30am-12.30pm
- Able to start work in short notice
- Applicable to Singaporean, PR or Malaysian
